Every year, we grow 50-80 varieties of fruits, vegetables, berries, seeds, nuts, and mushrooms. We grow everything without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides. Everything is planted and cared for by nature, hand, or horse-power, fertilized with well-aged, nutrient-rich compost produced here on our farm, supplemented as needed with natural minerals such as kelp, and if required, we will use natural products such as kaolin clay, garlic, cayenne pepper, essential oils, neem oil, and/or diatomaceous earth to repel pests. We also plant many pollinator and pest-predator friendly plants to encourage predatory bugs such as lady-bugs, lacewings, and beneficial wasps. As a result, every year varies a bit as to which of our varieties produce an abundant harvest. Our products are then harvested, inspected, and sorted by hand.

In 2017, we also began growing year round in our new walipini, or pit-greenhouse, and we are learning the art of year-round growth thanks to this structure! Click Here to learn more.

Although we have offered a CSA program in recent years, we are (hopefully temporarily) taking a break for such a commitment right now to focus on some other projects and happenings with family and farm. However, we still grow plenty, and any excess produce (and we almost always have an excess of something!!) is offered for purchase by the pound. These items are announced on our facebook page when available.

PLEASE NOTE: Since we relocated our farm in 2021, we have been busy constructing and are just now getting our orchard and garden going again. The heavy clay soils here will require a couple of years worth of compost and organic matter before our plants can really thrive. Bear with us, as we hope to quickly increase production and really get growing over the next couple of years!
